How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from Houston, TX, excluding weekends and holidays. Our current production time is 10-14 business days for custom orders. Once the order is produced, it takes 3-5 business days to be shipped when using standard shipping rates. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or directly from the email. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us at contact@pressedoccasions.com.
Can I get a refund or exchange my order?
We are here to make all of our Pressed Occasions customers happy and satisfied. If you, for any reason, have a problem please contact us immediately (contact@pressedoccasions.com).
- ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. You agree to these terms when the items are purchased. However, if you discover within the first 3 days of receiving your product that it is defective, you may return it for exchange ONLY.

As all orders are custom made at time of order placement, we regret an order may not be returned. Please be sure to choose the correct color, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive your special order made just for you. Also please be sure to double check your personalization for accuracy.

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered please notify us and we will replace the order with the correct item(s).

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Will my order look just like the product pictured?
Yes; however, all products are handmade so there can be a slight change. We are here to serve our customers with the best; therefore, if there is any major change then we will contact our customer. We will not create something without knowing you will be satisfied.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Central Standard Time.

You may still order your items on the weekend, but processing will commence on Monday. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and/or concerns during these business hours.
